The mobile application measures and quantifies orthopedic-related symptoms, specifically, stability. The aim of the app is to improve mobility and fall risk assessment beyond the scope of current, questionnaire-based patient-reported outcome measures.

With a MyACTome subscription you will get:
* Mobile app dashboard that displays your average scores and lets you track your progress over time.
* Access to your assessment history. Review your past assessments and learn your movement and balance history.
* Notifications and test scheduling that will remind you when an assessment is due.

Payments and Renewal:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
